The system captures facial and other necessary information through the CCTV camera's Vision bots and generates unique Virtual IDs for each customer. Once identified, the system records customer interactions within the restaurant, logging details such as visit duration, table location, order specifics, and spending capacity. Additionally, it captures the data of fellow diners sharing the meal with the help of waiter inputs or Vision bot. All this information is stored under the customer’s virtual ID
